Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, who said: If a man obtains a polytheist slave girl, he should ask her to affirm the testimony of "There is no god but Allah." If she refuses and does not affirm it, that does not prevent him from having intercourse with her.
