Hadith 9:48
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Isma'il bin Salim, from al-Sha'bi, who said: "If he is a match (kufu'), it is permissible."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن إسماعيل بن سالم عن الشعبي قال إذا كان كفوا جاز
