Hadith 9:49
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Abu Qays al-Awdi, from the one who narrated to him, from Ali: That he permitted the marriage of a woman without a guardian, when her mother had given her in marriage with her consent.
حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الشيباني عن أبي قيس الأودي عمن حدثه عن علي أنه أجاز نكاح امرأة بغير ولي أنكحتها أمها برضاها
