Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: The people of Medina differed regarding it. Among them were those who disliked it, and among them were those who granted a concession regarding it. Whichever of the two one does, there is no harm.
