Hadith 9:55
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: The marriage contract is not in the hands of women; rather, the marriage contract is in the hands of men.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال ليس العقد بيد النساء وإنما العقد بيد الرجال
