Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, from Shurayh, that a woman came and said: "Her house was stipulated for her [in the marriage contract]." He said: "The stipulation of Allah is before her stipulation."
