Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:567

'Abdah narrated to us, from Hisham, from 'Aishah: "And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion" (the verse). She said: This verse was revealed regarding a woman who is with a man, and their companionship has become long, so he wants to divorce her. She says: "Do not divorce me, and keep me, and you are released from [your obligations to] me." So this verse was revealed regarding them both.
