Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about a woman who inherits a share from her husband. They said: "She has become forbidden to him. If he marries her, then she is with him upon three pronouncements of divorce; he does not have [the right of] divorce over her in them."
