Hadith 9:59
Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, who said: "A woman may marry her slave, but if she emancipates him, she may not remain married to him."
حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن قال تزوج المرأة أمتها فإذا أعتقتها لم تزوجها
