Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:606

Abu Bakr narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Harun, from Ibn Abi Arubah, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Umar, that he would grant the impotent man a respite of one year. If he approaches her [within that time], then [it is well], and if not, he separates them, and she is entitled to the full dowry.
