Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:618

Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu al-Ala, from Qatada and Abu Hashim, they said: If he marries her, then has intercourse with her once, then is unable to approach her, then she has no choice [to annul the marriage] after that one time.
