Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Tawus, from his father; and from Ibn Jurayj, from al-Hasan ibn Muslim, from Tawus, who said: She has the choice [khiyar] regarding the free man and the slave.
