Hadith 9:65
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Abu Amr, the freed slave of Aisha, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Women should be asked for permission regarding their private parts." She said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, they are shy." He said: "The previously married woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and the virgin is to be asked for permission, and her silence is her consent."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الله بن إدريس عن بن جريج عن بن أبي مليكة عن أبي عمرو مولى عائشة عن عائشة قالت قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تستأمر النساء في أبضاعهن قالت قلت يا رسول الله إنهن يستحيين قال الأيم أحق بنفسها والبكر تستأمر فسكوتها إقرارها
