Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:661

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: He [the Prophet or a scholar] used to be asked about a man who marries a woman and stipulates upon her that he will not come to her in such and such a way, and that he will not spend upon her except a known amount. He said: The reconciliation which Allah has commanded is after the consummation of marriage. And he used to dislike it.
