Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:665

Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: "It is permissible," and it is as if he considered it an oath. And al-Hasan used to say: "The marriage has become permissible, and the condition is void."
