Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:670

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, regarding a man who married a woman on the condition that he would take her for Hajj, then he divorced her before he had consummated the marriage with her. He said: "She is entitled to half of the lowest amount with which a person performs Hajj."
