Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Salim, from Jabir, who said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "I have a servant who waters my camel for me, and I practice *azl* (coitus interruptus) with her, yet she has given birth to a child." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "There is no soul that Allah decrees to create, but it will come into existence."
