Hadith 9:71
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: The marriage [contracted] by a father for his daughter is permissible, whether she is a virgin or previously married, [and] whether she disliked it or did not dislike it.
