Hadith 9:79
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa’id, who attributes it to the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): "The orphan girl is to be asked for permission regarding herself, and her silence is her affirmation."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عيينة عن الزهري عن سعيد يبلغ به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها وصمتها إقرارها
