Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:790

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, that a man married a woman and stayed with her. Marwan sent to Zayd and said, "Does she have the full dowry?" Zayd said to him, "He is someone who is not to be suspected." Zayd said to him, "If she were to come with a pregnancy or a child, would you carry out the prescribed punishment upon her?"
