Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:797

Narrated to us Abd al-A’la, from Sa’id, from Matar, from Hibban, from Jabir, who said: If he looks at her private part, then divorces her, then she is entitled to the dowry (mahr), and she must observe the waiting period (’idda).
