Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:863

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim: A man shall not marry the paternal aunt of his wife, nor her maternal aunt. If he divorces her, he shall not marry either of them until her waiting period (iddah) has expired.
