Hadith 9:87
Hushaym and Jarir both narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding the orphan girl when she is given in marriage: He said: "If she remains silent or weeps, then that is her consent. And if she dislikes it, she is not to be married." And Jarir did not mention "if she dislikes it."
