Hadith 9:88
Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Khalid ibn Dinar, from al-Sha'bi, who said: I heard him say: Regarding the orphan girl, if she is married off and she laughs, or cries, or remains silent, then that is her consent.
حدثنا بن مهدي عن سفيان عن خالد بن دينار عن الشعبي قال سمعته يقول في اليتيمة إذا زوجت فضحكت أو بكت أو سكتت فهو رضاها
