Hadith 9:89
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Yunus ibn Abi Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Abu Burdah narrated to us, he said: Abu Musa said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The orphan girl shall be asked for permission regarding herself. If she remains silent, then she has given permission, and if she refuses, she shall not be married."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال نا يونس بن أبي إسحاق قال نا أبو بردة قال قال أبو موسى قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها فإن سكتت فقد أذنت وإن أنكرت لم تنكح
