Hadith 9:90
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi ‘Arubah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "If two guardians marry [a woman off], then she belongs to the first."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن عن عقبة بن عامر قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أنكح الوليان فهي للأول
