Hadith 9:91
Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Arubah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "If two guardians marry [a woman off], then she belongs to the first."
حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سمرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إذا أنكح الوليان فهي للأول
