Hadith 9:92
Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, that a woman whose guardian married her off in Kufa to Ubayd Allah, and a man other than Ubayd Allah had married her in al-Sham before Ubayd Allah. The man arrived and disputed with Ubayd Allah before Ali. He (Ali) judged her to be for the first (husband) after the other had already consummated the marriage with her.
حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم أن امرأة زوجها ولي لها بالكوفة عبيد الله وزوجها بالشام رجل آخر قبل عبيد الله فقدم الرجل فخاصم عبيد الله إلى علي فقضى بها للأول بعد ما وارث الآخر
