Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, who said: A slave of Abu Musa married during the governorship of Umar for five young she-camels. That was raised to Umar, so he assigned two young she-camels to the woman and three young she-camels to Abu Musa, or he gave her three young she-camels and returned two young she-camels to Abu Musa. He said: I think he married without his [the master's] permission.
