Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:978

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, and from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan: That the virgin, if she commits adultery, is to be flogged, and she is to be separated from her husband, and she has nothing. Then al-Hasan interpreted this verse: "And do not prevent them in order to take back part of what you gave them, unless they commit a clear immorality."
