Hadith 14:109
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, he said: I asked 'Ata' al-Khurasani about the one who is restrained from his wife and the one who is bewitched, [asking] "Do we come to release him?" He said: "There is no harm in that if one is compelled to it."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش قال سألت عطاء الخرساني عن المؤخذ عن أهله والمسحور نأتي نطلق عنه قال لا بأس بذلك إذا اضطر إليه
