Hadith 14:134
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'Abdah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If one of you becomes frightened in his sleep, let him say: 'In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, the evil of His punishment, the evil of His servants, and from the evil of the devils and that they should be present.'" 'Abdullah used to teach it to his children—those of them who had reached the age of understanding, and for those who had not, he would write it down and hang it upon them.
