Hadith 14:185

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, that al-Walid ibn al-Walid ibn al-Mughira al-Makhzumi complained to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, of a loneliness he would find in his sleep. He said: "When you come to your bed, say: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, His punishment, the evil of His servants, and from the incitements of the devils and that they should be present.' For by the One in whose hand is my soul, nothing will harm you until you reach the morning."

حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن يحيى بن سعيد عن محمد بن يحيى أن الوليد بن الوليد بن المغيرة المخزومي شكا إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وحشة يجدها في منامه قال إذا أتيت إلى فراشك فقل أعوذ بكلمات الله التامة من غضبه وعقابه وشر عباده ومن همزات الشياطين وأن يحضرون فوالذي نفسي بيده لا يضرك شيء حتى تصبح
