Hadith 14:215
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from Mujahid, from 'Aqqar bin al-Mughirah, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever uses cauterization or seeks Ruqyah has dissociated himself from reliance (Tawakkul) upon Allah."
