Hadith 14:245
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Safwan ibn 'Amr al-Saksaki: That when 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz appointed al-Walid ibn Hisham al-Qurashi and 'Amr ibn Qays al-Sakuni, he sent the group and provided them with theriac (antidote) from the treasuries. And he commanded them both that whoever came seeking the theriac, they should give it to him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن صفوان بن عمرو السكسكي أن عمر بن عبد العزيز لما ولى الوليد بن هشام القرشي وعمرو بن قيس السكوني بعث الطائفة زودهم الترياق من الخزائن وأمرهما أن من جاء يلتمس الترياق أن يعطياه إياه
