Hadith 14:256
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'Abdah narrated to us, from Hisham, from Fatimah, from Asma', that she used to have the feverish woman brought to her. She would call for water and pour it into her collar, and she would say: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Cool it with water, for it is from the heat of Hell.'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبدة عن هشام عن فاطمة عن أسماء أنها كانت تؤتى بالمرأة الموعوكة فتدعو بالماء فتصبه في جيبها وتقول إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أبردوها بالماء فإنها من فيح جهنم
