Hadith 14:272
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: al-Fadl narrated to us, from ‘Asim ibn ‘Umar ibn Qatadah, he said: I heard Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) say: "If there is any good in any of your medicines, it is in the incision of a cupper, or a drink of honey, or a cauterization by fire that matches the ailment; and I do not like to be cauterized."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا الفضل عن عاصم بن عمر بن قتادة قال سمعت جابر بن عبد الله قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إن كان في شيء من أدويتكم خير ففي شرطة محجم أو في شربة من عسل أو لذعة نار توافق الداء ومأ احب أن أكتوي
