Hadith 14:301
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Makhlad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Ata was asked about a woman who dies while there is a child in her womb, and a man attempts to reach it to extract it. He disliked that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا مخلد بن يزيد عن بن جريج قال سئل عطاء عن المرأة تموت وفي بطنها ولد يسطو عليه الرجل فيستخرجه فكره ذلك
