Hadith 14:45
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu 'Ubaydah, who said: 'Abdullah entered upon his wife while she was ill, and behold, there was a thread hanging around her neck. He said: "What is this?" She said: "Something that was recited over for me for the fever." So he cut it and said: "Indeed, the family of Ibrahim are free from polytheism."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي عبيدة قال دخل عبد الله على امرأته وهي مريضة فإذا في عنقها خيط معلق فقال ما هذا فقالت شيء رقي لي فيه من الحمى فقطعه فقال إن آل إبراهيم أغنياء عن الشرك
