Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 36:140

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from al-Zuhri, from Abdullah ibn Tha'labah ibn Su'ayr al-'Udhri, that Abu Jahl said on the day of Badr: "O Allah, he who has severed our ties of kinship and brought us that which we do not recognize, then destroy him this morning." He said: So that was a request for judgment from him, and this verse was revealed: "If you seek the judgment, then the judgment has come to you; and if you desist, it is better for you."
