Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 36:158

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Abu Bishr, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not kill anyone on the day of Badr by *sabran* (execution while captive) except for three: Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt, al-Nadr ibn al-Harith, and Tu'aymah ibn Adi. And al-Nadr had been taken captive by al-Miqdad.
