Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 36:16

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: al-‘Ala’ ibn Salih narrated to us, he said: al-Minhal ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, that a man came to Ibn ‘Abbas and said: "Were ten [surahs] revealed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in Makkah, and ten in Madinah?" He said: "Who says that? There were indeed revealed to him in Makkah ten and sixty-five, and more."
