'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn 'Urwah narrated to us, from his father, from 'Aishah, she said: Sa'd's median cubital vein was struck on the day of the Trench; a man called Ibn al-'Ariqah shot him. She said: So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, moved him to the mosque and pitched a tent for him in it, so that he could visit him from nearby.
