'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, from 'Aishah, regarding His saying: "When they came upon you from above you and from below you, and when the eyes grew wild and the hearts reached the throats." She said: That was the day of the Trench (al-Khandaq).
