Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Hisham informed us, from Ibn Sirin, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: When the day of Khaybar arrived, the people slaughtered donkeys and boiled the pots with them. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) commanded Abu Talha, so he called out: "Indeed, Allah and His Messenger forbid you from the meat of domestic donkeys, for it is an abomination." So the pots were overturned.
