Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 36:403

Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, who said: "Indeed, We have given you a clear conquest" (48:1) was revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) until the end of the verse, upon his return from al-Hudaybiyyah, while his companions were overcome with sadness and distress. He said: "A verse has been revealed to me that is more beloved to me than the world and everything in it." When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited it, a man from the people said: "Congratulations and pleasantness! Allah has made clear what He will do with you, so what will He do with us?" Then Allah revealed the verse that follows it: "That He may admit the believing men and the believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow" (48:5), until he concluded the verse.
