Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 36:428

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) departed from Hunayn after al-Ta'if, he said: "Render the needle and the thread, for misappropriation (ghulul) is a fire, a shame, and a disgrace upon its people on the Day of Resurrection, except for the fifth." Then he took a hair from a camel and said: "I have nothing of this wealth of yours except the fifth, and the fifth is returned to you."
