'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid, who said: I heard 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Awfa—and he was among those who pledged allegiance under the tree—saying: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) supplicated against the Confederates (al-Ahzab) and said: "O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Swift in reckoning, Defeater of the Confederates, O Allah, defeat them and shake them."
