Hadith 36:75
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, from Umayr ibn Ishaq, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and Abu Bakr went out—meaning to Medina—Suraqa ibn Malik followed them. When he reached them, he said: "These two have fled from Quraysh. If I were to return their fugitives to Quraysh..." He then turned his horse toward them, and the horse sank [into the ground]. He said: "Supplicate to Allah to bring it out, and I will not approach you both." He said: So it came out. He returned until he did that two or three times. He said: Then he refrained, and said: "Come toward the provisions and the mounts." They said: "We do not want them, and we have no need for that."
