Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 28:100

'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Zakariyya ibn Abi Za'idah, from Jabir, from 'Amir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed regarding the captives of the Jahiliyyah: for a boy, eight camels, and for a woman, ten camels, or a slave or a slave-girl as compensation (ghurrah).
